At Apacheshops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion finds aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
